I wipe down the bottoms of any tins with a paper towel normally. Conveyor belt juice is exactly what I don't want on my shelf.

Not for me. Are there a lot of people who are wearing masks to go shopping?

Superstore got a lot of white folks wearing them. So either they are sick and not observing quarantine or they start to care too.

This week, I just went to Co OP, nobody is there which is nice.

What is this about washing your clothes when got get home too? Wtf man... is this thread about going out to a grocery store and keeping distance or are you going in for a shift at a hospital? Are you worried about someone maybe coughing on you without you knowing?

I'm not wearing a mask right now, I bought 4 but haven't used them, I'm saving them for if this virus mutates into something worse... right now, it's not concerning enough to wear one... I'm trusting the experts in our province on this one and just staying away from other people and washing hands and not touching faces.

Getting gas today, will definitely use hand sanitizer after... also, have started bringing q tips with me to use in pin pads.
Out of curiosity, why would you use hand sanitizer and not masks if you have them?

Seems like you're best to use every tool you have to avoid transmission. And how do you know that you won't be part of the 15% who require serious hospital intervention? This virus is serious enough without another mutation.

Considering for some of us, the grocery store is the only place where physical distancing can't be fully practiced, and you're around more people, I can't see why you wouldn't want to wear the one thing that can protect you from aerosolized droplet infection.

More asymptomatic transmission discovered. Any one of us could be carrying it. Masks help others too.

Wear a mask when going near people if you have one or cover with something like a scarf. Can’t hurt. Wash or spray down mask/covering with hydrogen peroxide/70%+ alcohol after use or don’t touch it for a few days before using again is my recommendation.

If were to ever get to that I would be looking into getting one of those full Darth Vader helmet/facemask with the filter on your belt jobbies long before I shave!

Will non-maskers eventually be the new anti-vaxxers?

Wear a facemask, and then after you've touched a shitload of stuff in the store, you touch your face taking the mask off when you get out.

Not that I don't think masks can't be effective, just like gloves, but most people are too mindless to use them properly.

Face mask first, then slip on the nitrile gloves, don't touch face, then remove and throw away gloves and remove face mask. Surprising how many people have trouble sequencing things hey? I am watching people and virtual face palming all the time! lol
