^Mine still works. Their tech support was good when I had an issue. They walked me through a reset procedure.

usage stat was visible even though thermostat was saying offline.
lost that now after deleting the thermostat from the app, stuck re-adding it now as it keeps saying cloud connection error.
chatting with their support right now, and they walking me through on re-doing the troubleshooting that I did already.
