    Default Webcams

My webcam on my laptop has crapped out but it seems like webcams are the new hotness lately can’t find any in any store. Also memory express and Best Buy are low in stock, anyone know of an alternative online store I could try with fast shipping ?

Amazon had a number of no-name brand chinese ones under $40 in stock when I looked Thursday. Everywhere else seems to be as empty of webcams as the stores.are of toilet paper

    Bump...

My son needs a webcam for his desktop for online school and other classes.

Where can I get one locally for a decent price (Sub $50)

    Thanks.

For those in a serious crunch with an android phone, I recommend droidcam or IP webcam. Pretty easy to set up.

Webcams are sold out everywhere, but if you have a Wyze cam you can load some firmware on it to convert it to a 1080p webcam. Even if you don't have one, you can probably order one and it will arrive faster than any back ordered webcams most likely.

You will need either a USB-A to USB-A cable, or i've heard USB-A to USB-C would work (if your laptop/computer has a USB-C port).
