Brisket Poutine!
Some leftover brisket sliced into chunks ( I keep extra frozen in vac seal bags ). On top of smashed potatoes ( 20 mins boiled, smashed on a baking tray, 20 minutes at 450 degrees flipping once in the middle)
Use juices from brisket bag ( I heated with anova ) to make a nice gravy.
Put all together with shredded cheddar ( the brisket can handle it plus who keeps cheese curds on hand ) and some green onions for punch.
There is some seasoning at the various steps.
