Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Same lol, never had one until my wife asked me to make one 2 nights ago since we had some leftover crab and lobster.

Basically vegetable, seafood and bread/breadcrumbs baked on white sauce and cheese.

Decided to get on the hipster bandwagon and get a starter going (had a ton of old flour sitting around anyway). 40g 1:1:1 after 72 hours, am very impressed with the rise.

Have left it under sink in cupboard which happens to have a heat register run under it which has helped temps substantially.

Everytime someone says cassarole, I think cabbage rolls.
I know they're different but I never really ate cassarole so my brain fills in the void.

    Mmm.. cabbage rolls..

Isn’t casserole already severely dried out pasta?

But thanks for that nightmare... maize based noodles? Has it been done? Should it be done? I for one do not want to know

Beat me to it. It's great! The issue is, white trash who can't cook at all think this is the only thing they can cook even though they still suck at it. So, you end up with it 4x per week.
