Will try it next on the next dough.
Will try it next on the next dough.
Had an old dough in the freezer I thawed overnight to use for the jalapeno bbq chicken pizza today.
Will try with a fermented dough recipe soon.

On this episode of white boy culturally appropriated fried rice...
Made with... HAM. haha had some that needed using up so I cubed it and tossed it in with a pile of other vegetables I had in the fridge. Made the rice at lunch.
Finished with a drizzle of that amazingly tasty sawmill sesame steak sauce.

Picanha-frites
Gotta have some skillet corn bread with some cheap <$2.50/full rack bbq ribs!
Scratch Buffalo Wings n nachos for the football
"scratch'.. as in, from scratch? Looks good!
That’s the one... as in, from raw chicken bits... fried, not some sort of “put in oven from frozen for the soggy delight of gross at home wings”This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Oh, and butter+franks sauce, not some pre-mixed Buffalo shit
This was $7.77. Superstore side ribs.
So good.
This thread is useless without recipes

Dry rub the ribs, you can use your own mix but I typically just eye an amount of pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika. Little bit of salt. Little bit of oil to make it easier to rub the dry rub on, but it's really unnecessary.
Bake the ribs for 8 hours at 170, covered in foil.
Drain the yummy liquids into a pot and reduce it with a BBQ sauce mixture until a not-too runny consistency that is easy to baste with.
Baste one side of the ribs well and broil at 550 on the middle-to-top rack until desired char. Don't take it out too early, usually takes a good 6-7 minutes depending on the amount of sauce you put on. Use foil and try not to get sauce all over the pan or else it will smoke.
Repeat on side 2. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them.

Well I'm an idiot. You wrote "side ribs" and I read "Sous vide ribs". Regardless you still answered my question haha.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
