Made one giant pancake in cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Works like a hot damn! No Uncle Buck flipping required.

    Cool, nice work.

Love the pizza and giant pancake.

I don’t have much to add other than ground beef hash for an anytime meal.

    1) pre cooked ground beef, or freshly cooked (6oz)
    2) taco seasoning
    3) 2-3 eggs
    4) small onion or half a large
    5) 3 large mushrooms
    6) 1/2 red or orange pepper

    * using precooked beef

Medium high heat with butter or olive oil - brown onions, mushrooms, peppers. Lots of salt to sweat the veg
    Add beef after 7-9 minutes
    Heat throughout
    Drop temp to medium low
    Two eggs in!
Scramble hard, two minutes should finish it

    Serve.

I like the various types of hash, but nobody else in my family does. Can do with other seasonings too, really whatever is on hand. I like potato in mine. Slice sorta thin and just fry as step 1.

Post-vaccine, there should be a Beyond pot luck/BBQ where we bring all our favorite dishes and we pig out. Favorite beers, whiskeys, etc. too with uber service home.

Edit: Sunday afternoons where you want the house to smell like the holidays.. gingerbread mmm..

My dad has pusi at least twice a week. He loves making it and taught me how! Munggo or mung bean is tasty.

I use dried anchovies with it or those frozen mixed seafood bags when it’s on sale.

The key is making sure not to stir too much as the beans are delicate but not having the heat too much so it burns. Once it simmers play around with the the heat.

    It’s nice comfort food.

This is just me, but that needs way more shrimp to the point of it over flowing for that much bread

    Moar white boi fried rice.

Yesterday’s Char Siu, with edamame beans I had living around. Stir fried with garlic, soy, and sesame oil. Served with a drizzle of sesame bbq sauce.

Didn’t have anything else on hand to get fancier.
