Nah most of the quebecers had jobs before this, BC on the other hand...
If that's your criteria, you mis-spelled Alberta, because they've had a lower unemployment rate than us for over 5 years.

I apparently was wrong. TR here's only a bounty on offshore money laundering type schemes not regular tax evasion or CERB fraud. Still a tip line of you wanna bring some scammer down a peg or two.

Do we need to reapply for that if we already got the initial $40k? RBC has been pretty hush hush about it

Is anybody here taking advantage of that even though they don't need it?
TD bank and my accountant just emailed me about it.

Why wouldn't you? They are loaning you 20k interest free and you pay back half? Take it. You will pay for it somewhere down the road either way.

There's going to be so many bogus applicants to CERB trying to get free money somehow from the government that overwhelming the system is inevitable and likely hurt those that actually need it.

I actually have an active corporation, are you guys saying I can get $60k and then repay back $30k? Have not looked into this even a little.

If you have 40k worth of non-defferable expenses. Though they included salaries in that so if I read it right basically anyone self employed that pays themselves a salary can qualify.*

    * No idea if this actually correct
