Yes. I do not feel being singled out in a small office environment is conducive to a productive environment.

Sucks to be singled out but it is what it is. You’re definitely going to get questions from people so just lie and tell them you have an autoimmune disorder and your doc said not to get it and that should end the conversation. Better than getting into a useless pissing match.

I was doing okay during Aug long weekend, then came back to work and was informed an ex-coworker of mine took his own life. Worked with him for a good 7 years, then a whole whack of us got laid off from Covid April-May 2020 which included him and me, but I was one of the few that got re-hired back after 2 months. He unfortunately did not. I knew he had some issues but I didnt know it was this bad. Leaving behind 3 kids. I'm just sad for them and dunno how to process this news. Feels surreal. But just hearing all the events surrounding his final day its like, what if we all reached out to him, would things be different? But then its like, he had 3 kids. Why would he leave them fatherless?

But shits real folks, reach out to friends/family who you havent talked to in awhile and see if theyre okay before its too late.

I can count 5 people I know who are constantly extolling the virtues of micro dosing when the reality is that they are raging pot heads or LSD trippers, or whatever.
If I'm the only one who knows a bunch of people like that - my bad.

Yep, I gathered that and intended to clarify as much as possible in my first post about this. I ain't throwing shade!

I'm just commenting on "the other people" who I deem to be abusers who have a new word to cling to. I'd love to learn more about your experiences if you're willing to share. I've never heard you mention this, before.

Seriously though, it's illegal but easy to order online, proper microdosing means you don't feel what a normal dose is like. No visuals, no mind warps, no staring at trees, no tripping. What you should feel, is just mentally relaxed, and uplifted. At least that's how I feel on it.

My experience with it is akin to being on anti-depressants, without the required daily pill, and side effects.

My experience with anti depressants was the exact opposite feeling of my experience with psilocybin. Didn't feel much of anything. Certainly no love, joy or appreciation. And oddly, had a numb butthole. No joke, look it up.

On the micro dose of psilocybin, I noticed and appreciated more things.

Never took enough to have the visual or auditory hallucinations. I'm pretty risk averse, and it's hard to carve out enough time that I'm comfortable being incapacitated like that. Suspect it'd do me good.
