If I barf today it won't be from these delicious $5 OJ's Blonde Lagers. I hate Edmonton.

OJ is an excellent choice when you have to travel to industry towns for work.

All gone!
Haven’t bought much whiskey for a while, and it’s starting to show… think I’m at sub 10 bottles now
My good friend was just diagnosed with fatty liver disease in his mid 30s. He was drinking about 4-5 beers/day for the last 2 years.
Kind of made me revaluate my relationship with beer. I know early stages are reversible, and other things you can do to mitigate it but really opened up my eyes considering he’s a pretty fit dude.
Do you guys that drink a lot get your liver and blood checked regularly?
Is it normal to tell your doctor what you want tested, or are peoples doctors testing for this routinely?

I’ve cut back a lot, probably 2-3 beers a week.
Friday & Saturday nights I’ll drink at least 3 hard liquor drinks though.
I get my blood work done yearly, all good so far. I’m 51
