I had a heavy day in the gym so deserved a reward:

No pics, but taking the advice of a smart beyond.ca member.

Doing a taste test with eggnog. Glass 1 is makers mark, glass 2 is Kraken.
Used a measuring cup, for science, 150ml booze, 250 eggnog, and 6 ice cubes, all in a 400ml glass (double walled borosolicate)

Very different feels, but both winners to me. Probably the rum tastes a hair smoother. I suspect the Kraken is higher sugar, although I'm not looking that up.

5 ounces of booze??! I'm a fan of liquor, but that much is going to make a weird, watery egg nog, isn't it? That sounds like double of the max dose.

Did I math wrong? How many ML in an ounce? It's certainly on the verge of too much. I can say with authority that you SHOUD NOT do a 1:1 ratio, it doesn't work.
Anyway roughly 2:1 is fine. Or 1:2, you get it.

Cause I don’t stock that campfire shit… but when someone gifted me lag 16 I use to do something similar with whiskey sours (still cut with bourbon for better balance), although Johnnie Black also does the trick there. Either way though, need a combo as I prefer just a subtle smoke
