Just got home from checking them out, it's a good deal overall for the sake of the vehicle, price, and warranty.

Biggest drawbacks are the interior space feels small, not terrible but small. I'm 6'5 so I'm pretty tall and sat comfortably in it, both in the front and back but compared to a CR-V it feels considerably smaller. I'd compare this to a HR-V or something similar in the crossover world. We have a dog so that's the biggest barrier for us, with the backseats folded upright there's no way he would be comfortable, so that leaves you with folding the seats down or having him in the back seat...not end of the world stuff but then what do you do if you have passenger(s).

Other negative is the financing, since these have been registered once they aren't offering the 0.49% they have for "new" vehicles and were offering 3.99% on a 5 year term which is blah.

Might be good for some folks as overall it is a good deal in general and depending on ones situation.

I really should start leasing, but I usually just buy my cars cash. My green one had a cheap financing offer so I took it, but that's rare for me.

    Good information!

Too bad about the financing as I think it would be very popular for many folks if it offered a low finance rate.

With that said, I wonder if this means there is more incentives if someone bought it as a cash deal? Curious to see if anyone pulled the trigger on one without financing.

By the way, it was $33,900 before, now it is $34,900. They increased the price by $1k?

I would assume it is due to a fair amount of inquires.

You can still get it for $33,900 if you don't want the 3 year maintenance plan, that's the $1k increase.

Sales guy that helped us today said they sold 10 yesterday and more on the move today, local purchases and out of province buyers who are paying to have the vehicle shipped to them.

I don't see them budging on the price as there's no real need to since someone is going to buy the stock. I asked and was told no, negotiated trade in value though. Not sure if a full cash purchase would open any doors.

Just saw the ads that they also have 2019 CLA250 for $250/month lease with $0 down, or <$30k. Didnt click on the link but that seems so cheap

I ended up going with the 2019 CLA 250 lease deal. Most the CLAs have between 5,500 and 10,000 KM on them. They still had a lot of them left in DT as of yesterday, other dealers are matching DT's posted promo if they also have the '19 Car2Go CLAs. IMO I think this car is a rip off for it's supposed new price, but I have no idea what else you can lease for this cheap.

    Full terms:
Monthly payment of $248.48 + GST = $260.90 total, includes all fees, $0 down. Interest rate is 4.99%, 24,000 KM/year, 2 year term. The deal is through MBFS, so I assume it will qualify for a loyalty discount if getting a new MB later on.
Has first three payments waived, car is Star Certified and has 2 year warranty with limitations on top of regular warranty. Depending on in service date, warranty will run out in 2024 or 2025.
"A" servicing was done on mine, "B" servicing in about a year, guessing somewhere around $600 for that.

    Price Breakdown:
    MSRP $33,999.00
    Options $790.25 (no idea why)
    Adjustment $-4,369.25
    Net $30,420.00
    Filing fee $19.96
    Financed amount $30,439.96
    Residual $27,344.00
    Implicit Finance Charge $2,867.56
    Total Lease Cost $6,261.60

I tried desperately to make them cover the one payment I have left on my existing non-MB vehicle but they wouldn't budge even a dollar. Tried asking for less KMs/lower int rate/cover the next servicing, all was a straight no.

I wanted to get mine before posting on here, in case Xtrema decided to put it on RFD for the Ontario folks to get at (I'm kidding, I don't care that you put it on RFD).

    Stolen from the website:

They told me I couldn't lease the GLA. Not sure if anyone else has gotten them to bite on that, but I'm guessing not since they seem to be selling rapidly.

The CLA is a good deal if you are planning to lease and return it after 2 years. I am assuming there is no buy back option anyhow.

Looks like they have tons remaining. Just not sure how stingy MB is when returning the vehicle for extra end of lease charges.

It's a 2 year lease. And the buyout should be sky high @ 250/MONTH

I sort of with this was happening with civics or something.

CLA is cool for that price.

Edit: lol, my typo makes it sound like I have a lisp. I will leave it as is

The residual is listed at $27,344.00. They heavily discounted the MSRP - listed it at $33,999 rather than the $45K or whatever the car would have been new.
I'll edit my post above with full details on MSRP/List/etc. for others.
