Mine had no curb rash so I’m not sure if they swapped rims with other cars, however there is some body work that needs to be addressed

Some of the rims had excessive curb rash.

I will go in with my brother when it is time to pick it up to make sure nothing gets missed. I saw a car that had sharpie marks on the dash, hard to notice but imagine being stuck with that upon return.

Adam did you confirm the wear and tear packages, if so how much was it?

I don't think they have even called my brother yet to get the paperwork done.

Will you get loaner for the 2 days it takes to repair the body work?

I got the first class lease protection, I believe there's a couple different options on it though, the purchase was 1600 but covers
Windshield, dents, curb rash on rims, tire replacement, this is all on return though and up to $7,500.. there's a different package that you can use through the lease but it was 600 more which I feel I didn't need

Knowing Calgary, pretty much guaranteed the windshield would have issues and tires would most likely need replacing, that there is easily 1600

They said they're low on loaner cars, I shouldn't need one though

Side note, the Mercedes Me app is pretty cool

So the vehicle that I got is actually in the shop right now and I won't get it for a couple weeks, my purchase is conditional on viewing of the vehicle.

The remote start on the app sounds pretty cool.

Yes windshield and tires are guaranteed to be replaced by the end of the lease.

Are you planning on getting some 3M?

    Bigboom,

Did you get the CLA as well? We did not even get to see the CLA that was purchased, I think the salesman was just exhausted.

Just curious, why would anyone pay to add 3M on a car you are leasing for only 2 years? Unless you are planning on buying it out after?

Especially if they paid for the lease protection.

3m is a waste of money on these throwaway cars.

I didn't see the car when I was there on the weekend, yesterday was the first time and the sales person I worked with marked down all the issues and said she would personally oversee them being resolved, have to admit the service was great. The last time I dealt with a dealer was in 2011 and it was crap

The lease protection, for $1600, doesn't cover things that 3M would cover though so make sure you're aware of that, they offered it but I declined as I'm sure it's cheaper to get it done at a shop compared to MB even though they outsource it too

My friend wanted to get one too and just called today, apparently there is a waitlist. They may have some but are $300/tax.

Tik-Tok, did you get yours yet? The dealership hasn't even called my brother yet. I told him he should check in.

Hilarious how fast these have been snapped up. Good work for that dealership moving some volume.

I wonder if the RedFlagDeals had any effect on their sale, if so the Beyond member that posted should get commission, lol.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

I'm playing poker with one of the mangers there this weekend, I'll ask him. I think they probably had some marketing plan that didn't rely on a lucky forum post.

Picking up on Saturday. I don't think the wheels will be done though and will have to go back at a later date.

Judging by the people I saw getting the CLA's they definitely weren't the people that would frequent beyond
