Yeah, that guy is already dead. Full credit to the general that had to pay $100 and put all the blame on a couple of numpties that did all the hard work. Arguably this is exactly how Corona would be spread if used as a weapon - hire two "perfumers" to mist it at people, if the perfumers die - all that much better (no loose ends and get rid of two people surely going to hell). USA? maybe - hard to say for sure.

Ya know, I'm going to say this coukd end up being beneficial in a couple of ways. 1) China installs a puppet, and honestly, China is a lot more open and pragmatic than the Kim family has been. Or 2) roll the dice on a power struggle in DPRK and have a 50/50 chance of getting a reformer in charge.
