M4 will still be a good looking car somehow I bet. They have done a good job with the M3/M4 since basically forever, and this ridiculous grill will pair better with ridiculous bumpers/wheel arches/etc.
Hopefully. I would actually be pretty into a Z5M if it was anything resembling good.

The rest of the car looks so good, too bad there's no way I'm driving that grille around.
As a previous owner of an RC-F, that bmw grille isnt even that big haha.

Give it a year and people will get used to it like the Lexus grille

I didn't know you were 65. You looked a lot younger than that last time I saw you.

I just want Bmw to make an AMG GT

Interesting. I can honestly say, there's no way I'd rather have a BMW [AMG GT] over the MB. Mercedes does that car so well. Maybe only beat by a 911, but you'd have to spend a lot more to get a Pcar with equivalent options/power I bet. Plus, V8.

Are we far enough off topic yet?

I really like the GT as well I agree. Just want to see what BMW would do with the concept.

Way less interested in a pcar I agree.

Looking for more pictures of the render sent me down a rabbit hole culminating with a 4k remastered version of "the hire", with the E39 M5.... Just reminded me how on top of the game BMW was between 98-2002...

I hated the Lexus grille but now it doesn't offend me at all and for the record I don't think the 7 series looks all that bad with the big grilles. This will likely take a while like the Lexus grille to get used to. It will probably look better in person and stand out from other BMW's which could be a plus I suppose.

To be honest, I don't mind the new large grill on the 4 Series. Makes it look aggressive, lets see what it looks like in person.

Been eyeing some spy phots the last few weeks that seem to support this. Looks like humongo grill is not going to be happening at least not in standard production 4.

Thank Christ. i4 might still end up with it though.

That is the same big, twin kidney grille in that picture. They just darkened out the bottom.

That is a massive difference between speedog’s rendering we hated so much.

Maybe I’m wrong and seeing what I want to see. Dunno.

It's basically Apple using a strategic black background to hide the notch on iPhone.

The fact that grill is seen on production floor, it's confirmed. They ain't backing down at this stage unless they reserve it for M line or something.

Pic of the production grill was a page back too, where they pulled the car cover back. Still hate it. There's a reason why the didn't show the full grill in the teaser photo.
