    Default backyard ice makers?

Anybody know anything about ice makers? I'd like one for the deck/patio for the summer. We've got one in the fridge, but it's a pain for larger size needs like the drink makers, etc.

Something more than a countertop model, but not a big commercial one. I'd likely not have it plugged in 24/7 but just on the weekends.

What do you want to know? Buy the largest tabletop one you can find and go. (or buy two) A small commercial one will cost thousands, won’t be portable and will likely be a piece of sh*t. I have serviced and installed every size and style of commercial units imaginable.

i have an under counter one, paid a couple hundred bucks off kijiji, it's the size of a minifridge plumbed it in and never had a problem with it, its been there for a few years now. not portable but definitely makes plenty of ice for a small gathering
