Found in the mechanical room of my townhouse. It says it needs a battery which is roughly the size of a lawn mower battery. It appears i can just unplug it but i wasn't sure what it is. Anyone?

This is the power supply with battery backup for Telus internet equipment. I have this in two homes, both have fiber internet so it's for the fiber modem.
