Also can’t wait for some Brazilian BBQ.

Hopefully with all the fear out there it will hit demand and these things will get cheaper and less busy.

Dim Sum is in my blood. Still pissed I couldn't come out last Beyond meet and had to listen to our CEO instead and choking down crappy catering sandwiches.

Never been a fan of buffets and usually only time we go if someone invites us. So with that said, I would go if someone invited me .

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

yeah, the family is craving some Goucho. I am thinking it is still going to be awhile as once the restrictions are lifted, I am expecting places like that to be busy as hell.

If the restaurant wants to reduce the risk then change the serving spoons ver frequently as that's the major contact point for transmission.
I have less of a problem with serving spoons, then I do with open air food and zero trust in people properly covering their mouths while sneezing or coughing.

    Exactly this.

I avoid Olly Fresco's (or any similar establishment) in BVS due 100% to my lack of faith in people.

I wonder if this will affect those the same as the normal AYCE(places like A+). With the hp places they bring the food out to you so its no different than a restaurant

Whoops, forgot about the sauces and condiments. Fuck i hope they dont stay shut down

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

Went to costco and noticed how they were doing the food. They had one staff member dedicated to filling drinks and handing them out so that people dont touch the machines.

If costco can do that I feel like Buffets can have an employee be the designated fill everyones plates as they point person

Basically, buffet will have to treat everything like Lobsters and Roast Beef which may increase cost.

And how long the line would be to do 1 round if the line is 6ft apart?

The efficiency and spontaneous of buffet is gone.

Also notice restaurants in HK are doing this:

But the shared condiment still a problem tho.

Or you could get them to cook it for you first, Minas takeout platters are awesome.

Ichiran Ramen (the single isolation booth ramen Restaurant) must be making a killing these days. They should expand to more locations and come to Canada.
