All full-size body-on-frame station wagons are awesome. That's a true scientific fact.
Make the world a radder place, grow a mullet.
Public Mobile is the best, just like Phil Collins' mullet.

Kenora... beautiful, but only about 12hr drive, might as well save the additional 16hrs to the exact same scenery

I just did this loop last weekend, rented an AirBNB in Beaver Mines for two nights and did things around that area, some of which are in the link. The point on the bottom left is a 16KM hike over to a military plane crash in the 40s, with parts of the plane still there. If you don't hike often and don't have fancy trail maps and need to figure out a starting point I can help. We hiked for like an hour before we got confirmation we were on the right path, it's not well marked at all.

I heard about Kenora from buddies that rent cabins out there to go fishing. Unfortunately the one they go to does not allow pets. I’ll keep looking though, I’d love to just wake up and be able to fish for a week or so.

Yes. Plus The Village Idiot is a decent little pub and Revelstoke is such a great hub to get to do many other excellent locations that are <2 hours away.
Revelstoke proper << Golden for nice, but 3 Valley Gap is truly a gem that needs to be seen.
I'm going to spend some time there again, this summer.
Youíre dead wrong, but please keep preaching that to keep Revy pleb/gorby free.
