Used bike demand is insane

Apparently I've been living under a rock
I just sold an 8 year old hybrid bike that I no longer ride for $400 (paid less than $600 new) and had 20 people message between 10 last night and 8 this morning. 6 months ago I would've been lucky to get $250 for it.

If there was ever a time to N-1, I guess it's now.

Sold some old bikes that were sitting in my garage un touched for 10 years.
Both were purchased at a garage sale for ~$20 each.
Gears needed adjustment as well.

Sold both for $170 and had no less than 40 people message me within 10 mins. It was crazy.

Sold ours for $50. Probably can sell for $60 if you hold out. I wanted it gone the same day.

Sold a 14" Spawn for $250. took 3 days.

Sold 2 kids bikes, yea demand is insane. Not sure if it was worth the effort dealing with Kijiji'ers tho haha.
