Money fixes social injustices right?
Money sure helps. They say 70% of black americans don't even have access to bank credit. Which has always been a huge advantage, being able to borrow a million and then simply shrug shoulders when it comes time to pay. I'm going to say its so normal in white culture that they don't even realize its an advantage of insane proportions (including the Trump)

How did that work out for the First Nations people in Canada?......This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
You could say that Canada is different though. Our system isn't as right leaning, which means money isn't sought after at such a rapid pace (IE: money at all costs, including preventative healthcare) Natives in Canada don't really have an outlet to use credit, other than the occasional casino - Which is what Trump did, try to mimic successes of native casinos, which he did miserably - and forced bankruptcy losses onto anyone foolish enough to lend him money. Which is exactly the problem.
Thats why I personally think its more important to divvy up the land in the USA, again. But this time - equally. Money in itself without something to put it into is like having a sack of seeds with no place to plant it.
Although, at this point in time, money means that 1/3rd of renters in the USA get to survive for another month. Which should be reason enough.

It appears that "Defund the Police" might not actually need to happen. It looks like the police are quitting on their own.

Protect, serve, uphold the law. But what if too many laws are contrary to your person. Cops are paid plebian wages, there is no doubt about that. So protect the plebs? I can imagine this is how Rome fell, too many Romans no longer thinking Rome was worth saving. Totally understand why you would not want to arrest the Chinese guy trying to have lunch at NASA.

Theres been another shooting. From the video floating around a dad was shot 7 times in the back as he tried getting into his vehicle. Shot in front of his 3 kids who were in the car.
Guess he stopped to break up a fight amongst some people on the street when the cops showed up.
This isnt going to end well.
Yikes

Cops surround you with weapons drawn, you walk away instead of surrendering. On top of all this you go back into your vehicle and reach for something, while cops are still pointing a gun at you. While seven shots was probably excessive, people need to be held accountable for their actions. As always I’m sure the full video will show more.
Sticks out to me that they didnt tackle him or stun him before getting to the vehicle.
Agree. In what world did he think that would end well? But this will end up bad. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Wooow. Yeah, as if one or two bullets at that range wouldn't be enough. Gotta admit though, cellphone camera quality sure has got better, even filming through a screen door with good results now.

How does anyone in society think things will work out okay when you're walking away from the cops with their guns drawn?

I'm glad there is at least a video showing context. After hearing the description of events above, I was surprised how quickly things transitioned from him being under arrest, to reaching for something in his vehicle. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

WTF goes through people’s minds? “Multiple police have me at gunpoint, so obviously the best course of action is to ignore their commands, try and leave and then open my vehicle and try to get in/reach into it”.
I mean, apparently the best thing to do if you don’t agree with what’s going on is to just ignore the police and do you own thing. That’s never turned out poorly before.
