And yea, my entire surface is seared + sexy grill lines. My BBQ is cheap, but it's pretty big BTUs.
I'm guessing the rust comes from using wire brushes. Yea, wood doesn't work here. I have a kid that hates anything black on his food aside from grill lines, so I have to brush the shit out of the grill especially for chicken.
