compustar alarm issues HELP

i have a compustar car starter alarm combo on a rsx. i went on vacation for a week and now my car starter wont turn on. every time i hit the car starter it did like 3beeps. i thought it was on valet so i turn it off. i tried to clean my hood pin under the hood to see if it was dirty. still the car starter wont turn on kept doing the 3 beep thing. i tryed resetting the alarm with turn the ignition 5 times on and hit the lock button once and the car was muted so i unmuted it and now my car is alarm it self and going bat shit crazy with siren going on like someone stole it. i did the reset alarm with the 5 turn on ignition thing and now my car is muted like i cant her the beep when you alarm it but the car is not alarming it self and going off. any advise on this please thank you

when mine goes bat shit grazy its because the car alarm is out of sync with the car as far as lock/unlock status, i had to use the factory fob to unlock it and then it was ok again
