I made the drive down to Lethbridge a couple years back and drove through all these little towns and what not on the way, only impression of Leth was, old ppl everywhere!

I probably don't care where I retire as long as I'm still able bodied and English must be the main language and maybe in 30 years more countries will have English as an official 2nd language. Can't fathom being a fob somewhere or unless I am dating a fluent local.

Idk if by then travel will be important to me anymore, tbh after being to 20some countries it has lost a bit of its appeal?! Feels like same same after a while. Might just be the typical snowbird and just go South for 6 months. I guess it all comes down to money as always. More money = more options and plus by then we will all have 3-4mill in the bank.

NZ is amazing. I have family down there, and spent 4 months back in university. my #1 country to live in if I ever leave Canada. Southern Ontario on the other hand, fuck hard no. I hate crowds and humidity and "laurentian elites".
St. Catherine's isn't exactly crowded, and a waterfront place for under $700k is attractive.

And I love the humidity (now that I'm not fat anymore).

If you bank with TD they have a money tracker called TD MYSpend, it tracks all your spending.

I think most would be shocked as to how much you actually spend per month.

    I don’t have a Mortgage, I don’t have car payments & zero debt.

If we continued living how we currently do, there is no way $10k/mth would suffice.

I'm fine, I spend less than half what that guy does, and I even have a mortgage!

Haha never noticed that before. I am not a big fan of the site in general though, and to think they spent $15K on it. The IT guy also is slow as fuck to do anything.

What are you, students or something?

You have to understand that you are not in the normal income bracket. Not by a longshot.

Should have hired that A535 or whatever guy from beyond to the website and maybe Marth to be your IT guy. Unless they did...awwwkkward.

I'm gonna try to pursue a 2nd career that's passion related for the next go around. If you add a camera to things it becomes Art.

Bro - do you even HELOC?
Can you still get those? What are the requirements for HELOC now other than having it paid off.

Equity helps... better act quick as the gov is planning to shave at least another 18% out of your homes

I was always taught on here that paying off a HELOC is optional and often unwise.

Never pay off debt. Leverage to the max and escape before the bill comes due.
