    The trifecta has to be

    1) garage full of junk and no room for car(s)
    2) DIY widened driveway
    3) RV on the front driveway

There's also never just one house that's like this. Usually several in a row.
Pretty sure you need to park all your cars on the street. and a minimum of one needs an obviously flat tire

Back to unidrives, I believe the discussion is around why - why do homeowners not want a bit of greenery?
When you have 16 extended family members living under the same roof, parking spaces for everyone wins out over greenery.

Don't forget the over-flowing black, green and blue bins placed along the garage doors...

So this is what most beyond members aspire to plus the sea of green, black and blue bins?

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

There is a BMW 5-series a couple blocks away from me that has had a flat tire for over 2 years.

I don't know what the owner's intent with the car is but I chuckle when I drive past.

Just get rid of the damn thing if you're not going to fix it or drive it.

But to answer this one, people are lazy AF and don’t want to take care of it. Whether that be paying someone to do it or doing the work themselves.
I'm not lazy, I despise yardwork and value it so little that it offends me to spend the money on it.

I moved to a smaller lot and filled it with house, garage, deck and concrete. Not a blade of grass will ever darken my doorstep.
