Default Home Sold Prices - Now Freely Available!

Home sale data for all of Alberta is now available:
    https://www.bodecanada.com/sold-data

They released a new dashboard page too that gives an overview for Calgary's whole market.
    https://www.bodecanada.com/market-data

All in beta still but the base is there for a promising future.
This site seems like the lead candidate to finally bring real change in the real estate industry. Can't wait until they diverse into chipping away at the even bigger rip off of Commercial realtors.

Bode is aiming to be the whole real estate package without realtors - buying, selling and now sold prices.

HonestDoor is good but, for now, it's just sold prices. Bode's filtering is also better than HD because you can actually get as specific as "Show me the sale price of all houses that sold in my neighbourhood in the last 3 months, 6 months etc". HD just dumps it all on a map lol.

Is this another "CALGARY HOME PRICES - Ask here!! (Want to know what your neighbors home sold for)"?

would be nice if you could select multiple individual addresses. My use case is that i want to see all units within a condo/townhouse but it only lets you select one at a time.

Thanks for this. I signed up and it's really nice to see the sold/list price ratio for the particular area and price point.
I think realtors are still needed but this is another tool (similar to HonestDoor) that gives knowledge for buyers and sellers to do their own homework. I like that.

Everyone who is commenting without trying it out first, just do it lol. It has its purposes and I think it's useful.

Fine. You win. The Market Data dashboard does appear to be interesting.

To the OP. Would you kindly update the data for Aspen Woods. The East of 85thers are dragging the rest of the community down. $379 a foot? Ya right. That's Highland Park money.

I believe you can do this within Honest Door.

Looks like a pretty awesome dashboard, if you click into some of the insights you can see trends too which I've never seen before... I looked them up and they are technically a brokerage where Honest Door is not, so they can give us the data that normally is held under lock and key by Realtors.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

That's their off-site storage for housekeepers, butlers and nannies.

You are so Aspen, it's not even listed as Aspen in Google to keep the riff raff out.
