Macs don’t go on sale. So it’s pretty punitive to buy right before a refresh.

I also had to use a vpn and rdp at my last job. Works fine. I had to wait 20 seconds for my laptop to connect to the vpn over wifi before I could rdp in. Did 3d modeling work on my work pc from my laptop at home.

I am really liking the iMac so far! Still getting used to the different controls etc but so far it really is awesome compared to windows! I have windows loaded onto it with parallels and it is flawless so far. Just need to get this fucking VPN thing sorted out so I can load my POS system license in and start working at full capacity again

Apple authorized my MacBook Air return well past 14 days today. Was delivered May 8th. Use case changed with the kids and need more memory. That and free airpods through the edu program!

Gotta give it to Apple, they are awesome at customer service.
