FF: Topsoil, and lots of it
I'm digging out beside my house for egress windows. I've got a shit ton (shit ton = about 12 metric tons) of top soil. This isn't new development, full of rocks and clay, it's really nice and rich looking.
Bring a shovel and it's free until the dump guys pick it up on Monday afternoon.
Tomorrow only, for $10 I'll use the mini loader I've rented to fill your truck up with as much as you want, though loader use may not be available immediately as I'll be using the stump grinder attachment in the back yard.

Pic, this is about half of it. There are some bits of wood chips and a few roots from a tree trunk that was ripped out, you can throw that stuff back in the bin though.
