I'm trying to find very specific buildings in Calgary to use as comparisons for our current condo fees $0.xx/sq.ft. The Realtor site has a lot of the criteria once on each listing but to narrow it down further than 'apartment' is not clear.

Anyone know a work-around or is this type of search criteria realtor-limited?
