Got the wheels on today. Thanks to my bro @MrX for doing a quick polish on the car in exchange for some BBQ pork and duck rice. Years of crap on the paint magically removed. Also found some original paint! The trunk and mirrors still had the original single stage paint. Good baseline for the repaint job. Oh yea, the car feels so much faster on 14s lol.

The benefit of masks is not known at this time. But we do know it is some non-trivial amount more than zero.

We also know that the cost of mask use is, essentially, zero.

So the cost:benefit of mask use is approaching infinity. I'll take that every time. And every time I see someone without a mask, I think they are stupid.

Probably not. But probably won’t get as much attention as I’d like this year if I bite the bullet.

I guess I lied about not giving the car any attention. Secured a hardtop this weekend. Not the greatest shape, but it seems the seals are ok. Paint is a fucking mess. Bonus is that it has the rear defrosters, which the Miata supposedly isn’t wired for until the 94 model, but apparently this 93 LEs was.
