Street outside is being resurfaced right now in Canyon Meadows. Its a beautiful thing. Got the fence done this year and deck. Might have to re-do window frames though.

Photograph the hole, post it on the 311 app, make your own notes of when you reported it. Date, time, etc.

If they haven’t made the repair in 30 days, take another photo and report it again. Same steps.

Then, if you ever hit that hole and it causes damage to your vehicle you have all the recourse to make a claim.
