Probably why they are muted.
I guess it depends how much you like listening to turbo whine.

They took one of the most beautiful designs of the modern era, and made it look like something that FCA would shit out.
The design peaked with GT-C wide body (which I am aware you disagree with me on ).

I don't hate the GT-C, I just prefer the cleaner lines of the narrow body. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
^ Is the GT-R even wider than the GT-C? Or is it just additional aero bits on the exterior?
This video brought to you by the producers of The Blair Witch Project.
Changing the sound of the BiTurbo is as appealing to me as homosexual pornography.
Whatever... The car has its place and I'm sure it's amazing.

The GT-BS specs say it is the same width. 2075mm in Germany anyway.

I know i am in the minority here but with the project one exclusive F1 Livery on the car... Its drool worthy for me. I believe they even did the one red symbol for Lauda. Thats a masterpiece right there

Not that it reallyyyy matters, but for a purpose built track slayer it is a shame it is 18 seconds slower around the ring than a 2RS.
edit: number was from testing and the 2RS time of 6:40 was from a modified version

That livery is cool, I'll give you that.
Shame about the rest of the car... As said before, way too FCA-ish.
I was talking to a friend yesterday and this will be the first BS car he's not ordering. It's telling that his MB dealer is making repeated calls to try and convince him, where that's never been the case before. Seems they've missed the mark on this one.
2020 BLM livery would be cooler.

I have seen the BLM one on instagram from on the P-One owners, I think they had a choice of the two. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Rumour has it the BS has just lapped the ring in 6:43, the number i quoted above was from testing and not an official number. This effectively sets the record for production car times, edging out the SVJ's time fo 6:44.

Until AMG One does a lap. Mercedes doesn’t want to set a lap in it for some reason, just using the ring to calibrate active aero. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Any estimates for how quickly the AMG One will complete the circuit? I am sure the next 3RS will also be eclipsing that mark as well. At least BS owners who drop the $500k+ will have some bragging rights at the local pub for a brief moment.
AMG said it can probably come close to the 919 Evo outright record. Low 5 min mark. Who knows tho, you'd think it'd take F1 levels of performance to pull that off. As much as the AMG One is a "f1 car for the road", it's nowhere close on downforce. 1400kg weight, with 700kg downforce. F1 car is 750kg, and 2000kg of downforce. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
