Yeah that's what photo radar looks like.

There's signs telling you to the limit is slowing to 80, there's a sign with a flashing light that says "important intersection" and "photo enforced", and there's nowhere to conceal that box. If a person can't take all those hints to slow down, and their defense is that it's a boring drive, they should turn their license in.

Ya I've never driven through there but I trust what you say. I am not surprised my buddy wouldn't catch this. But he's also recently unemployed and $600 is pretty steep to pay if there are no repercussions to not paying
