City Expansion Plans

We are looking to move out of the city, but I want to wrap my head around the expansion plans, and where/when the city might annex land in the future since this might influence where we buy. Specifically looking for when they'll be moving out the city limit at 101st, and where to.

Anyone have any idea where to find this or who to contact? I've done some googling, and reached out to a city employee who was in an article for some other expansion plans a few years ago.. no luck yet though.

Buy my acreage 2 minutes east of Chestermere. Chesty has annexed the land up to the road in front of the property but has no dev plans for at least 10 years.
