Hopefully they will put all remaining models at one dealership in Southern Alberta and sell them at 80% off in a bankruptcy sale.

Can't see that happening. That NSX electric motor is an expensive twin motor setup up front, and a motor in between engine and transmission setup just like everything else hybrid out there these days. Neither would be ideal for a Civic's price range.
Yeah I don't believe any of that rumour.

What about the setup in the AWD Prius or RAV4 hybrid?

What does a Toyota drivetrain have anything to do with a Honda Civic? The rumor is that they need to move nsx parts due to low sales, which is ridiculous.

But sure, they could make the CTR hybrid with a simple setup like Toyota and every other new economy hybrid with a single motor for the rear wheels, but that’s adding a lot of costs. If it was cheap to do hybrid, everything would be hybrid right now instead of having to buy credits from Tesla haha.

While I am saddened by this news, I am not surprised. Just about everyone I know wants an SUV now for increased winter confidence, and to carry things that they don't believe will fit in a car (like a tiny side table that would have fit in any sedan if you know how to play Tetris). This was my last load in the first gen Fit before I sold it. Long live the Fit!

Did you remove the passenger seat to fit that?

I just picked up a fully assembled 4 burner bbq in my fit.
The guy thought I was crazy when I pulled up and said I have plenty of room.

Honda Fit is truly the last tow vehicle you will ever need.

No it folds flat backwards. Not sure if it folds flat forwards like Matrix/Vibe.

Nope! I'm sure the passenger seat didn't like it but it worked just fine.
