Most of my pictures are just going to be old bike racing pictures.
Here's one of Jamie Hamilton finding out his bike has had enough of him at 170mph at the 2015 Isle of Man Senior TT.

A top 10 paint scheme thread on r/NASCAR led me down another picture rabbithole this morning.
1. Tim Richmond and Geoff Bodine, with car owner Rick Hendrick in the middle. Not sure of the year, but probably 1986 since that was the only full year he drove for Hendrick. He got sick after the 1986 season, made a few starts in 1987, was banned from NASCAR for failing drug tests and refusing to allow NASCAR to see his medical reports, and died of AIDS in 1989.
2. 1986 Toyota Celica IMSA GTO
3. Joe Francis, 2018 British Supersport MV Agusta with Pornhub livery.
4. Kenny Bernstein, 1992.
5. Doug Herbert's starting line explosion at the 1999 NHRA Finals.

I like these old ads. I suppose with magazines going extinct you don't really see these anymore.
I don't know if they'll blow up enough to read the text.

It's funny the way old Porsche race cars look more like a street Ferrari while old Ferrari race cars look more like a street Porsche.
Or, maybe it's not.
I'm going to make both of you very happy.

Here's some IMSA GTP Camel series cars. I think these are some of the coolest cars raced in North America.

Yeah those are cool.
Here's some more bike content since it's been a while. These are pretty recent but I'm a sucker for a superbike in the air.
Josh Brookes on a BMW at the 2023 Isle of Man Superbike TT, over the jump at Ballacrye
Josh Brookes again at Ballacrye, on a Norton at the 2018 IOM Senior TT
Dean Harrison at Cadwell Park in 2021
Peter Hickman at Deers Leap at the 2019 Ulster Grand Prix
And more in the spirit of the thread, an old one of Kenny Roberts at Daytona, sometime in the early 80s I presume

Do new pictures of old racing count? It's my thread, so I guess they do. This either is, or is a replica of, the 500cc Gilera ridden by Bob McIntyre in the 1957 Isle of Man Senior TT. It's being ridden here by Cameron Donald, yesterday during the Made at the Manx parade lap at the Manx Grand Prix. It was too good a picture not to post somewhere.

Great pics. I saved the Shelby Daytona coupe to put on my work background
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."
-H.P. Lovecraft
I think these are from 1986 or 1987. The Stavola Brothers Winston Cup cars of Bobby Allison and Bobby Hillin Jr with opposite paint schemes. I thought that was neat.

How about an old racing video? It's hard to believe 500cc could be this loud. Just watch it, it's 25 seconds and it's video of the TT course which you should be watching more of anyway.

That sounds pretty good. Would be nice to hear that in person vs the distorted computer audio. I heard a few smaller cc bikes this past summer that sounded really nice. Think it was a Kawasaki 400cc Ninja and a 750CC Moto Guzzi which was insanely loud and running very short pipes coming off the heads. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member.
