The conspiracy theory, maybe not so much a conspiracy is that the WE charity became a platform for Trudeau to build a brand and "brainwash" a new wave of voters. Not saying it was that all along, but there have been a lot of Liberal personalities associated with it, Trudeau to a large extent. Basically a round about way of getting around fundraising guidelines for a political party?
