IMO buy a new one or make your own. Billetworkz and Rallysport have a good selection of aftermarket. I quite like the cobb round knob on my Subaru.
I would but it's a pretty expensive WC Lathe Werks one so trying to keep it around.
CR Techniques. I believe they do interior/ upholstery repairs.

Yeah CR Techniques can do leather/vinyl repairs on ripped/cut seats, so I assume a shift knob is possible. I don't know if the repair will feel differently than the original leather.
