Overall my selling and buying experience on Facebook Marketplace has been superior to Kijiji. Far less haggling, people show up on time and less headaches. Certainly not perfect but relative to Kijiji, its been better.

The review thing is super annoying though.

I definitely use FB more than Kijiji now that I mostly live outside the city. Their search is fucked though. I type the exact same query in every day for a couple weeks now, I get different results every time, and actually relevant results are always buried after a few rows of shit that doesn't remotely make sense (why does an F150 bumper show up in the first row when I search for Tacoma topper, while tacoma toppers show up several rows later?). If I sort by new instead of recommended, it makes even less sense. Why is "BED IN A BOX SLEEP COOL" my first result when I sort "Tacoma Topper" by newest???

And just today a "new" ad popped up at the very top of my results that perfectly matched my search (literally called "tacoma topper black" or something like that)..."posted a week ago". Wtf.
