Tl;DR
- My L5/S1 back herniation from 10 years ago is starting to be a problem
- I've had a clavicular resection in both shoulders (both fully healed)
- I spend 10-12 hours/day at a computer right now, 50/50 mix between sitting and standing
- I have constant neck and wrist pain (both wrists)
- Looking for someone help me get my posture's shit together, work on muscular control (upper back especially), and general ergonomics
- I do not want a virtual training course or any bullshit like that
- I'm looking for someone to come to my place once/twice per week and we can use my gym; any equipment I need I can buy
- I am looking for someone experienced with people that have chronic pain/injuries/etc.
- I'm thinking that a mixture of posture training, movement therapy, bodyweight exercise, and some weight training is probably the ticket
- The goal is to extend my ability to work stupid hours without further sacrificing my quality of life
- I'm looking to work with this person for as long as needed
