Beyond:. Where dream car discussions turn into a debate about depreciation. I'm waiting for the debate on whether you lease or cash buy your imaginary dream car.
I would finance it through Shaks House of Supercars

I guess you havent driven a 996 Turbo then? Steering is slooooooow and the brakes arent particularily great imho. Felt like a plank of wood. Car felt like a speedboat... it would dive an squat on accel/braking (I threw in new shocks too). Has a bit of turbo lag too, by the time full boost kicks in you'll be doing 150+
No I haven't but your description sounds similar to my experience with the 964 (except no dive and squat, it would have to be fast and brake well for that to happen). The 996 turbo is what I would call "fast", whereas the 964 was not. Sounds like a compromise I might be willing to make but its still just one car on my list. Maybe I need to whittle my list down but I haven't driven any cars on my list so I don't have first hand experience to guide me here.

Sounds like you need a 993 Turbo S in paint to sample.

For Calgary, I'll take a fully optioned out new NSX in Blue Pearl. Config showed it to be ~$205k before taxes, etc.
Add my own gadgets for laser jamming and radar detector mounts and full protective wrap and self healing coating on top.
Probably $220k all set and done.

Remove Acura badges and slap a $10 Honda badge on it as well

I would have picked a Porsche, but I see so little NSX that it's always a gem to see one.

Elon's F1 was written off and it wasn't insured is the legend (he's told the story in public on video).

    He should have leased it.

This story is a little different, apparently he sold it after fixing it:

The Aeromax is a really cool looking car and I love the motor. That would be a great daily driver.

I have a soft spot for Morgans. Have to go with no top tho, so original Aero 8 with the funky cross eyes.
