I'm not driving a 911 Turbo around Calgary in the winter, either way.

That would be: living in place that doesn't look like Hoth for 7 months of the year.

I want to change my answer.

Crown Vic with a 6 speed, 4.10s and real seats.

The whole point of the 911 Turbo is its amazing AWD system that, when paired with some studs (and not just the handsome fella driving it in this case), it handles winter ez-pz.

Don’t even need studs. The rear weight biased gives an unbelievable amount of acceleration grip, and 50/50 under braking lots of braking grip too. If anything, studs would ruin cornering speeds when there’s a dry corner. That car was made for good performance winters.

See, @Buster , already saving money with this winter-destroying studmachine. I know you're a Mercedes guy, so just think of the 911 as the perfect "EhMG".

Hey, I'm not saying your choice is wrong. There are no wrong choices!

If driving your dream car in the winter is important to you, then fill your boots.

I thought EhMG would have gotten something out of you. Disappointed.

Probably a Audi R8. There's definitely a lot more luxurious cars I want to drive one day but I really don't see myself as the person to roll around in a Koenigsegg or Mclaren. I'd be forever scared of it getting stolen or damaged or something ... I think a R8 is a nice balance between baller, performance, but not constantly worrying about it.
