Plenty of $75,000 vehicles parked in front of $250,000 townhomes too. Don't think that makes any sense. In the end, value of house and value of car are really hard to make any kind of ratio-based rules that apply to everyone.
Technically the sticker price of my truck was 70-something, didn't pay anything near that, but it is indeed parked in front of a 250k townhouse. I could pay both off tomorrow if I really wanted to But the truck is 0% and having a small mortgage means I can save a lot for a big house (next year) while still having decent a place to call home and build equity with, instead of renting some crappy apartment.

How about investments to house? Lol how we doing there

1:2 right now but could be 2:1 when bezos becomes a trillionaire lol and that doesn’t even get me a seat at the Beyond Ballers Club unless they ask me to cater their top secret meeting lol

I would say if you got 10 people in your situation, you are the most financially secure of the the 10. Good for you for breaking the trend. I'm a big proponent of living in affordable hosing.

So my 4 vehicles probably equal $70k in total? Used really skews that metric. So I am like 12%?

New I would be worth..... $200k? So like 38%

Are we talking equity in the home or market value of home? Are we talking before yesterday's market swing or this morning? Stonks DEFINITELY do not only go up!

Except going on sale a few days after dumping your monthly contribution into the market doesn't exactly help a brother out. Stupid Stonks!

    I'm just salty is all.

My bros neighbor, if you look closely you can see the huracan spyder parked by the house. Im not sure if he was cleaning out the garage or something because he normally doesn't floss this hard lol

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.
