Recommend A Condo Management Company
My condo board bailed on me so the owners now have to find a management company to take care of everything.
37 units, 3-4 connected in blocks, townhouse style. I contacted a few but they don't manage properties with such few units, does anyone else have a suggestion for places I can call?

My 30 unit place uses Lenyx. I haven't found reasons to hate them yet, almost 2 years now.
