Good call. With three Ford that will increase your odds of being able to get home dramatically.

Good idea, need to find some quiet places to unleash it a bit. Kind of hard to use the 470 ft-lbs around my sleepy neighborhood without causing a scene.
Ya gots a cemetery just a few blocks away, it's not like you'll wake anyone up in there.

I'm not usually a fan of fords, but this one looks good! Nicely spec'd, the paint and wheel combo goes together nicely.

Also ran it over the cat scales, because I'm like that. This weight is with the extra floor mats, PPF, and dealer-instaled bedliner, but not my sexy arse.
Gvwr is 7000lbs, so you can Marth the remaining payload if you want.

So at 1,650 pounds for your normal family camping trip (your words elsewhere), you are now right on your limit and if your sexy arse expands a bit then something else has to go. Sounds like some weight economizing is on order next spring before the camping season and seeing as the kids are getting bigger, then someone else needs to get smaller or maybe just less beer. Of course, ditching the flashlight will save a pound or two as well.

Oh the agony, I can imagine the spreadsheet goodness now plotting this against that.

I’d be down for a ford truck meet sometime.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."

I knew I'd be borderline. I have a spreadsheet already for it . Although I'm okay being 100 or 200 over. Just not 500 or 800 over like a lot of people.
I also have some ideas to lighten the trailer too. It was previously loaded to maximize the tongue weight.

Definitely preferable to not involve the kids in that one too
