Or a great place in Elbow Valley, if you don't want the full-on acreage lifestyle. If you want to be in the south, you can take your pick anywhere from Priddis to DeWinton, or again, if you'd rather be 'less rural', you could literally buy almost any house south of Glenmore... Or almost anywhere in the inner city... Or... Or... Or... Like, fuck.
When it last sold it 2020, the transaction price was >30% under the city assessment. If I had to choose, I think it's far more likely that it sells at a similar discount to the assessed value ($2.85 in 2024) vs. selling for 50% over the assessed value...
