Acadia, Hasborow, Fairmont, Woodbine had the best value in the box we were looking.

Coach Hill, Christie Park, Signal Hill also were a big contrast of space for $$ but we didn't want to venture over Sarcee.

All are good, but I wouldn't sleep on the latter three because of Sarcee... Esp. Coach Hill, the location is awesome and its a beautifully designed neighborhood that is awesome value.

Yeah, we lived in Coach Hill for ~6 years, and it was great. Setting sarcee as an outer boundary is a weird one. It basically just puts you in closer proximity to the vagrants that westbrook brings (none of which will actually venture up the hill to Coach Hill), and only gets you like 3min less on your commute time.

Legal 2 bdrm suite in the basement. That would rent for what, $1200 - $1400 a month these days?
    $1,500 and 200 applications

Sarcee was our cutoff as the housing styles change into something we weren't looking for - Great value though. And homeless are everywhere, especially with the train line now going all the west. Going to Westbrook Mall is always an entertaining experience!

One of our neighbours recently moved to Alpine Park. For houses backing onto Tsuu Tina, they'll forever have a great view. But they're also immediately adjacent to TsuuTina lol.

I can't imagine what it's like putting a place for rent right now.
A few years ago my phone was ringing every 30 seconds from texts, emails or calls. Turned it off because my employer would assume my side hustle was by Olympic Plaza.

That street is awesome, but pretty comical price for a place that needs 3600sqft worth of work

For a place's entire appeal and price justification being backing on to the park, you'd think they'd have better photos of the view from inside the house instead of the blinds...
