I like the location... no thru traffic, big lots, nice houses.

That place is nice but I imagine gets freaking windy up there, same with that Cochrane house on the hill. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I like this one. Pools get old quick looks like it could be paved over and made into a big ass garage with the back drive/ Rv pad already there.

"based on the sellers knowledge" doesn't inspire much confidence. She's suggesting this is a knockdown so lot value is $1.1M. The neighbors will love it when an H-GO goes up beside them. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If that house didnt back onto Glenmore it would be much higher Im guessing.. wonder how loud that actually is there though. The greenspace wouldnt be terrible to have out your back door. So many architecturally interesting homes in the area. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Technically crescent heights, and riiiight down the street from the future c-train on centre street that will be ground level with one lane of traffic on either side of the tracks. Lived in the area, instantly crossed it off when we were house shopping because of the green line plan. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I think my wife and I looked at that Malibu road house back in 2015 - about 90% confident. I think it was $800kish at the time
Before the trend of homes being sold just for the lots took off, there were a lot of lifers living there and a really nice sense of community. As they aged out and those houses got flattened, you ended up with stuffy corporate types that wernt that friendly. Lots of rubber neckers and traffic from glenmore bike path resulted in lots of theft. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
It wasnt terrible though. Having the reservoir in your backyard growing up was pretty fun. I was able to walk/bike to Chinook park for most of elementary school.
