The ruffled carpet with no baseboard is heinous.
That hole cut in the floating ceiling is rape.
Those retarded duct vents hacked in there are AIDS.
I think the sculpture itself is actually quite well done and maybe even beautiful but the overall effect is a Ferrari on blocks on an Indian Reserve.

Still severe pneumonia while being HIV+ though
Oh shit, you're right. They look like shutters that cover about 80% of the window. Much better. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I bought a place in Killarney in September for 498, detached triple (760 sq feet) garage, tiny old 1952 home (780 sq feet). I live alone so I didn't need anything bigger. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

64 listings of detached houses <$500,000 with a garage (s/d/t/)

calgaryhousefinder is infinitely better than realtor.ca
1) New paint and it'd be nicely refreshed
https://www.calgaryhousefinder.ca/pr...ry-ab-t2h-1c2/
2) Needs a bit of TLC but the yard is huge
https://www.calgaryhousefinder.ca/pr...ary-ab-t2w4n8/
3) Really cute century house. For 1-2 adults this is actually the nicest of the lot. Great yard, looks well maintained, nice area

That new to Canada, rich Uber driver market again. The agent’s take:
“It’s a really desirable area for relatively new immigrants to Calgary in that it’s centrally located in the northeast end of the city, so it’s very close to downtown, major transportation hubs and the airport, and there’s also lots of ethnic shops close by.”
$550K for the flip? What does REALTOR say?
it’s centrally located in the northeast end of the city
oh my
That’s some lols right there.
Only 5 minutes from downtown. Like the rest of Calgary

So the market is nuts right now. We listed our house on Friday at 4pm. Small bungalow in Glamorgan, approx. 1000sqft, with an oversize garage. Sold by 6pm on Saturday for $36k over asking price. We honestly were thinking that our asking was a little high, but no, it wasn't. Now the hard part of finding something else.
