Thats fair... but then budget definitely comes into play for me. Not too many knock downs in areas that I like, which would then be financially viable to buy then tear down and build again. I quite like the original designs and build quality, then again I also collect Mid Century furniture and would rather spend thousands restoring/reupholstering a 1960s danish chair then buy something new.
